§ 1. General Terms and Conditions
1. Cottages are rented by the night. The facility reserves the right to set a minimum number of nights depending on the season.
Check-in time is from 16:00, check-out is by 10:00.
Quiet hours are in effect from 22:00 to 07:00.
The number of guests staying in a cottage must correspond to the package selected and paid for by the Guest.
Visitors from outside the facility may not be present on the premises without prior consent from staff. If such consent is granted, visitors may remain on the premises until 21:00.
Upon collecting the keys, Guests are expected to inspect the cottage’s technical condition, inventory and equipment. Any concerns must be reported to staff immediately.
Failure to raise any objections at the time of check-in constitutes acceptance of the cottage’s condition as found.
Pets are welcome at the facility, but their stay must be declared and paid for at the time of booking. The owner bears full responsibility for their pet throughout the stay and must ensure cleanliness and order after their animal across the entire premises. Dogs must be kept on a lead in all areas except designated ones. If your pet is used to spending time on sofas, armchairs or beds, please bring your own pet bedding (blanket, cover or throw). An additional fee applies for pets.
In the interest of all Guests’ safety and in compliance with fire protection regulations, the use of any electrical or gas-powered devices not forming part of the cottage or facility equipment that could pose a fire hazard (immersion heaters, portable heaters, radiators, gas burners, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the cottages and throughout the entire premises. Bringing flammable, explosive or foul-smelling materials onto the premises is also forbidden.
Drying mushrooms is strictly prohibited in all cottages and on all terraces. Deep-frying, particularly of fish, is also prohibited.
Smoking tobacco products, using e-cigarettes, and consuming or smoking narcotic or psychoactive substances is strictly prohibited inside all cottages. Tobacco products may be smoked outside the cottages with consideration for other Guests and in accordance with fire safety regulations. Cigarette butts must only be disposed of in designated areas.
In case of non-compliance with this prohibition, Guests will be required to pay a penalty of PLN 1,500.
The barbecue may only be used in the designated area. Using a barbecue on the terraces is strictly prohibited.
On the premises, only bicycles, pushchairs and scooters are permitted. Cars must be left in the designated parking area. Kwiatowe No.5 accepts no liability for damage to or theft of a Guest’s car or other vehicle.
Kwiatowe No.5 accepts no liability for items left by Guests on the premises, in the cottages or in the car park.
Kwiatowe No.5 accepts no liability for any damage or injuries resulting from lack of supervision, improper use of equipment, negligence, failure to comply with these Regulations or applicable law, or any other incidents occurring on the premises.
Please ensure that all doors and windows are locked every time you leave your cottage.
In case of losing the cottage key or gate remote control, a fee of PLN 150 applies per lost item.
Kwiatowe No.5 charges a refundable security deposit of PLN 500 to cover potential damage, theft or missing inventory items, which will be verified at check-out.
Any Guest who intentionally or accidentally damages property belonging to the facility is obliged to cover the full cost of the damage. If the deposit does not cover the damage in full, the Guest is obliged to pay the difference. The rented cottage must be left in the same condition as at the time of check-in.
In case of a breach of these Regulations, Guests will be immediately checked out of the facility and are not entitled to a refund for any unused nights.
Parents or guardians are solely responsible for children and young people under the age of 18 on the premises.
Waste segregation is mandatory throughout the premises.
Please take care of the outdoor areas, the cottages and their furnishings.
Purchasing a stay at Kwiatowe No.5 is deemed equivalent to having read and accepted these Regulations.
§ 2. Booking Conditions

By making a reservation, the Guest undertakes to pay the full cost of the stay plus a refundable security deposit of PLN 500.
The following cancellation policy applies:
30 or more calendar days before the planned stay – the facility refunds 100% of the reservation amount
Up to 14 calendar days before the planned stay – the facility refunds 50% of the reservation amount
Less than 14 calendar days before the planned stay – the facility refunds the security deposit only
The facility undertakes to return the security deposit within 7 business days to the bank account of the person who made the booking, provided that the Guests have not breached these Regulations.

§ 3. Personal Data Processing

Personal data collected by the Controller is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016:
on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000), the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2019, item 123) and the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2018, item 1954).
Data related to the performance of the contract will be shared, on the basis of a data processing agreement, with companies providing IT infrastructure and accounting services.
Guest data will be retained for a full period of 6 years, in line with the statute of limitations on claims under the Civil Code and Tax Law.
Each Guest has the right to request:
access to their personal data,
rectification of their personal data,
restriction of the processing of their personal data,
erasure of their personal data,
portability of their personal data,
withdrawal of consent at any time, whereby withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of that consent prior to its withdrawal,
lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
