Pricing
Rates for a stay at Kwiatowe No.5 cottages
During summer holidays the cottages are rented by full weeks (Friday–Friday, Saturday–Saturday, Sunday–Sunday).
Prices for 1–4 guests. Each additional person +70 PLN / night – maximum 6 guests per cottage.
Public holidays and long weekends are priced individually – please contact us to discuss the details.
Children under 3 – free of charge.
Low season – October to May
Minimum 2 nights, excluding public holidays and long weekends.
Mid season – May, June, September
Shoulder season – spring and late summer, perfect for a relaxed getaway. Minimum 3 nights.
High season – summer holidays
Stay during peak summer (01.07–31.08) – full weeks only.
Long weekends / public holidays
Pricing determined individually depending on the period and length of stay.
Additional guest
Surcharge for the 5th–6th guest – children under 3 free of charge.
Special offers
Photo sessions, events, corporate stays – quote available on request.
Extended stay
Looking to stay a little longer?
Stay for longer – enjoy true rest, make the most of the local attractions and the peaceful surroundings. For stays of more than 15 nights we prepare an individual quote and the possibility of a discount.
Discounts do not apply during the summer holiday period (01.07–31.08) or on long weekends and public holidays.
Information
House rules
For the comfort of all guests and in the interest of safety and maintaining the high standards of the property, please read the following rules and the terms and conditions applicable during your stay.
Deposit
We require a 40% booking deposit, payable within a specified time after making the reservation.
Security deposit
We collect a refundable security deposit of 500 PLN – returned after a positive inspection of the cottage on the day of departure.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are set out in the property's terms and conditions. In the event of cancellation, the deposit may be non-refundable.
Tourist tax
Until May 2025 the tourist tax is 2.50 PLN / person / night and is collected in cash on the day of arrival.
Check-in
Check-in is available from 16:00. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.
Check-out
Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure so that we can prepare the cottage for the next guests.
Parties
Loud parties are not permitted. We respect the peace of the neighbourhood and the comfort of other guests.
Pets
Pets are welcome for an additional fee of PLN 50 per night. Please make the payment to an animal shelter of your choice and send the payment confirmation to our email address. Kindly inform us in advance when making your reservation.
Smoking
Smoking of tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the cottages. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
